1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the okbit platform — including its website, mobile web application, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These terms apply to all users of okbit, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the platform. If you are accessing okbit on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.
okbit reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on okbit, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of okbit, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- You have not previously been excluded from okbit or any affiliated platform;
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.
okbit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
If okbit determines at any time that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment source used, subject to verification and applicable processing timelines.
3. Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on okbit. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering for an okbit account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)
okbit is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with okbit's KYC process, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.
3.3 One Account Per Household
Only one account is permitted per household address, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Where okbit identifies multiple accounts sharing these attributes, it reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension pending review.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbit login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
okbit will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from okbit that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify okbit immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okbit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
okbit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:
- GCash
- PayMaya / Maya
- Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
- Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, linked to a Philippine bank account)
5.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your okbit account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. okbit aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment provider. okbit reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Currency
All transactions on okbit are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
okbit offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
6.1 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification;
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated;
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
- okbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;

6.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the okbit platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
Each game on okbit is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. okbit accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, okbit reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed during that round to the player's account. okbit's decision in such matters is final.
Live dealer game results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are recorded on video. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome, the video recording will be treated as the definitive record.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbit platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
- Registering or operating more than one account;
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
- Attempting to launder money or use okbit for any illegal financial activity;
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward okbit staff or other players;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the okbit platform;
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you or making chargebacks in bad faith.
9. Responsible Gaming
okbit takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your okbit account;
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time;

All content on the okbit platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of okbit or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okbit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform;
- Modify or create derivative works based on platform content;
- Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform;
- Frame or mirror any part of the platform without okbit's prior written consent.
The okbit name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of okbit. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbit, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits;
- Loss of data or account information;
- Service interruptions, technical errors, or platform downtime;
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
- Any actions taken by okbit in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
okbit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbit account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
12. Suspension & Termination
okbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider;
- Regulatory or compliance requirements;
- At your own request, including via self-exclusion.
Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your okbit account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the okbit platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting okbit's customer support team. okbit will endeavor to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. For gaming-related disputes, players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
14. Amendments to These Terms
okbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the okbit platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
